Hannah Castillo

Hannah has been a Mental Health Counselor for over 20 years, working in community mental health and currently in private practice. She holds a master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling and a bachelor’s degree, with dual majors in psychology and English. Hannah began meditating daily over a decade ago, after being diagnosed with POTS. Her own health struggles helped her understand the importance of using mindfulness and meditation to find a balance in her daily life. She began using meditations to assist clients, and noticed a remarkable shift in their overall well-being. She truly believes anyone can meditate and is passionate about spreading this message. Her short, beginner friendly meditations help to make mediation less intimidating. Hannah enjoys reading, journaling spending time outdoors, cooking, and hanging out with her family, including her two dalmatians, Camden and Mabel. You can often find Mabel meditating right along with her.
