Hannah Castillo: Welcome to the love your calm podcast: mini meditations to help you slow down and find your balance in this fast paced world. 
Hello and welcome. My name is Hannah and I'm so happy you've decided to join me this morning or whatever time of day it is where you are right now. 
This week's meditation is focused on finding clarity as you greet the day. But feel free to listen to it any time of day that works for you. 
So let's get started. Welcome to a new day. I invite you to take a few minutes this morning to connect with yourself and to find the clarity you need for the day ahead. 
Let's begin by taking an intentional breath here. 
Inhale slowly and exhale gently. 
As you begin to settle into this practice, find a position that feels good for you today. You can close your eyes if that's good for you, or maybe just soften your gaze. Whatever feels comfortable for you today. 
When you are ready, begin to shift your focus to your breath. You don't need to adjust anything, just allow your breath to continue with its natural rhythm as your body begins to relax here.
Melting into the stillness of this moment. 
And in this stillness, you begin to connect with yourself, to let go of what is no longer serving you, releasing it freely.
So that you can make space for what you would like to invite, to welcome whatever you would like to carry with you into the day ahead. 
Your thoughts continue to quiet and your breath naturally deepens.
Each inhale bringing you a sense of renewal, every exhale releasing what you no longer need.
Allowing you to see this moment with clarity. 
To focus on what you need for today, on what you will take with you from this practice. 
Take one final breath, preparing for the day ahead.
And when you are ready, begin to bring your awareness back to the space around you. Take any movements you may need and slowly open your eyes. Carry this sense of clarity with you as you return to your day, relaxed and ready for the day ahead.
