But, I believe you can take this pause at any time....that you can take a look at not only what is working, but also at what you might want to shift. That you can take the time to be more intentional in your day to day life.
This week's short guided meditation focuses on helping you to check in with your intentions and set the tone for your day, month or even year.
Give yourself a few minutes to relax into this practice. This mini meditation will help you to connect with your intentions and leave you ready to receive the possibilities that await.

Hello and welcome. If you're listening to this episode when it was first released, then welcome to a new year.
New Year's often brings a time of reflection. It's a good time to take a look at what has been working and also at what you would like to shift. But I believe we can really do this any time of year. That we can work to set the tone of our day to day live with a little more intention.
So this week's episode is focused on just that, setting the tone.
Let's get started.
Started Begin by finding a comfortable seated position. Take any movement you may need to help you settle into a place that feels good for you today. You can gently close your eyes if you feel at ease and if this is comfortable for you, or if you would rather simply soften your gaze.
When you are ready, let's take one intentional breath together. Take a deep breath in through your nose, filling your lungs completely and exhale slowly through your mouth, beginning to release any tension or stress you may be holding.
Bring your awareness to the present moment. Maybe give yourself permission to begin to relax into this practice- letting go of any distractions or thoughts. Instead, I invite you to return your focus to the gentle rhythm of your breath as it flows in and out. As it settles into a steady rhythm.
Take a moment here to reflect on the intention you want to set for your day. Maybe consider how you want to feel, what you want to accomplish, or the mindset you wish to cultivate. As you breathe in, invite this intention into your heart and as you breathe out, release any doubts, doubts or negativity that may hold you back.
Next, think about the month ahead. What goals or aspirations do you want to focus on? How do you want to show up for yourself during this time? With each inhale, focus on the energy and commitment you want to bring to these intentions and with your exhale, let go of any limiting beliefs that may hinder your progress.
Let's expand this to reflect on the year ahead. What larger vision do you have for your life? Maybe consider any changes or growth you wish to embrace. Give yourself permission to feel the excitement and the possibility of this journey. Inhale deeply, inviting this vision into you and exhale, releasing any fears of the unknown.
Take a couple of rounds of breath here on your own, reminding yourself that you have the power to shape your experience.
One day, one month, and even one year at a time.
Take one final inhale, feeling the strength of your intention and exhale fully, releasing any lingering doubts.
When you are ready, begin to shift your awareness back to the space around you.Slowly. In your own time, open your eyes. Take any movement you may need to help you prepare to return to your day. Carry the sense of purpose you have created as you fully embrace your journey ahead.
