Welcome to the Love your Calm podcast Mini meditations to help you slow down and find your balance in this fast paced world.

Hello and welcome. I'm so happy you're here today. My name is Hannah and it means so much to me that you've set aside this time to join me for a short meditation.

This week's practice is focused on change. We all know that change can be hard, but we also know that it is inevitable.

So let's take a few minutes today to reflect on change and maybe even invite in the hope that can accompany new beginnings.

Lets get started.

Let's begin by finding a comfortable position. Take any movements you need, giving yourself time to settle into a position that feels good for you. If it feels okay for you today, you can close your eyes or maybe even soften your gaze.

Let's take an intentional breath here to help prepare for this practice. Take a deep breath in through your nose, filling your lungs completely and exhale slowly through your mouth, releasing any tension.

I invite you to bring your awareness to your breath as it begins to settle in to its natural rhythm. Notice how each inhale brings in fresh energy while each exhale allows you to release any worries or distractions. Let your breath become your anchor grounding you in this moment.

As you relax into this practice, give yourself permission to begin to reflect on the concept of change. Recognize that change is a natural part of life. It can often bring new opportunities and growth. With each inhale, invite an openness to new experiences and with each exhale, let go of resistance or fear surrounding change.

Take a moment to think about a recent change in your life or a new beginning you may be facing. Acknowledge any emotions that come up for you. It may be excitement, anxiety, or maybe uncertainty. Allow these feelings to exist without judgment, simply observing them and acknowledging them as part of your journey.

As you continue to breathe naturally, feel the warmth of acceptance fill you with each inhale and with each exhale continue to release any lingering doubts or fears. Take a moment to express gratitude for the changes that have shaped your life in the past and for those changes that are still to come.

Maybe take this opportunity to remind yourself that each new beginning brings the potential for transformation, the chance for growth.

Take one final breath in inviting in the energy of new opportunities and exhale fully, letting go of any lingering resistance.

When you are ready, begin to bring yourself back to the space around you slowly in your own time, open your eyes. Take any movements you may need before returning to your day feeling more relaxed and ready to embrace the changes ahead with an open heart.

Thank you for joining me for this week's short meditation. If you've been listening for a while, thanks for being here and for helping this small podcast continue to grow.

If this is your first time listening, welcome. I'm so happy you're here, and I hope you'll join us again next week. If you found this practice beneficial, please consider sharing it with a friend who might also find it helpful. Word of mouth is the best way to help the podcast keep growing.

And as always, thank you for helping me spread the word that including a few minutes of meditation in your day really can make a difference.

Until next week..,
