Hannah Castillo: Welcome to the Love Your Calm podcast. Mini meditations to help you slow down and find your balance in this fast-paced world.

Hello and welcome.

My name is Hannah and I'm so glad you're here today. Thank you for taking a few minutes of your week to join me for this practice. If you ever find yourself feeling a little low on energy or maybe just needing a little extra nudge, this week's practice is for you.

Let's jump right in.

This week, let's start by taking a big stretch. You can do this in any way that feels comfortable for you. It might feel good to stretch your arms toward the ceiling or the sky. Or maybe you'd rather roll your shoulders back a couple of times and sway from side to side. The possibilities are endless here as you give yourself permission to begin to energize your body in a way that feels intuitive for you.

When you are ready, find a comfortable seated position. Imagine there's an invisible string at the top of your head, gently guiding you to straighten your spine,allowing the energy to move freely through you as you breathe.

If it is comfortable for you, you can gently close your eyes or soften your gaze.

Your breath flows naturally, finding its own rhythm, each inhale bringing in fresh energy and vitality, each exhale releasing any heaviness or fatigue you may be experiencing. Use the breath to welcome in a sense of renewal.

Let's take a couple of intentional breaths here together. Breathe in, filling the lungs completely and exhale slowly in one continuous release. Repeat this breath a couple of times, using the breath to fill the body with fresh energy, letting any stress flow from you with the exhale.

With each breath, feel your energy increasing, growing stronger as any tiredness continues to melt away. Begin to shift your focus to the day ahead. Visualize yourself moving through the day with motivation ready, capable of fully embracing the day. As your breath continues naturally, give yourself permission to feel this energy as it fills you, preparing you for the day ahead.

Your energy continues to grow, a small flame inside of you, strong and unwavering, each breath providing it with the oxygen it needs to burn brightly.

Take one final breath here, filling your lungs with this vibrant energy, reminding yourself that you have the power to replenish this energy whenever you need it.

And when you are ready, begin to bring your awareness back to the space around you. Take any movements you may need and when it feels comfortable for you,slowly open your eyes.

Carry this renewed energy with you throughout your day, remembering that you can return to this practice and rekindle this energy anytime you need it.
