Hello and welcome.
This week's practice is all about embracing the day. Today is a new day. It's just waiting to be experienced, to be lived. So let's spend a few minutes together,embracing the day.
Let's get started.
Begin by settling into a position that feels good for you today. Take any movements you might need to find a position that feels comfortable for you. If it feels safe for you, gently close your eyes. Or if it's better for you today, simply soften your gaze.
Let's take one intentional breath together. Take a deep breath in through your nose, feeling your stomach rise. Hold it for a moment and then exhale slowly through your mouth, feeling your stomach gently fall. Beginning to let go of any tension you may be holding, feeling your body begin to soften just a little.
As you settle into this practice, your breath begins to find its natural rhythm. With each inhale, invite in a sense of clarity and intention. With each exhale, let go of any lingering doubts. Begin to release any worries you may be experiencing about the past or the future. Letting go of any anxiety.
I invite you to shift your awareness to the present moment. Arriving in this moment, recognize that today is a new opportunity, a chance to make choices that align with your values and desires. Give yourself permission to acknowledge that you have the power to shape your experience no matter what challenges you may face.
Consider using this simple affirmation as a powerful reminder.
I choose to embrace this day. Let this affirmation resonate within you, maybe repeat it silently to yourself.

Allow this affirmation to create a sense of empowerment. To affirm your commitment to making the most of today, consider the choices you can make today that will support your well being. Reflect on small actions, whether it's taking a moment for self care, expressing gratitude, or maybe reaching out to someone you care about. Understand that these choices, no matter how small, can have a positive impact on your day.
As you continue to breathe, focus on the rhythm of your breath. Each inhale fills you with energy and possibility, and each exhale releases any hesitation or fear associated with making choices. Take one final round of breath here on your own, filling your lungs with a sense of intention and purpose, grounding yourself in the understanding that today is yours to shape.
When you're ready, gently bring your awareness back to the space around you. Take any movement you may need and when it feels comfortable for you, slowly open your eyes. Carry this sense of empowerment and intention with you throughout your day, remembering you have the power to choose how you engage with today.
