Hannah Castillo: Welcome to the Love Your Calm podcast: Mini Meditations to help you slow down and find your balance in this fast paced world.
Hello and welcome. My name is Hannah and I'm so grateful that you're here today.
Today's practice is focused on trusting your intuition. You know, that gut feeling, that little voice.
So let's get started.
Begin by settling into a position that feels comfortable for you. Take any movements you may need in order to help you find the position that feels good for you. If it is comfortable for you, gently close your eyes or maybe soften your gaze.
Take a minute here for your breath to begin to settle into its natural rhythm.
There's no need to change anything. Simply take note as the breath flows in and out, Steady. Just let the breath flow naturally. With each inhale, invite in a sense of clarity and openness. With each exhale, let go of any doubts or fears that may cloud your intuition.
I invite you to begin to shift your awareness to your inner self. Take a moment to recognize that intuition is a powerful guide that resides within each of us. It often speaks softly through feelings, instincts or even subtle nudges.
Give yourself permission to connect with this inner voice, acknowledging that it is a source of wisdom insight. As you continue to breathe, focus on the sensations in your body.
Notice any feelings that may arise in your gut or your heart. These can be signals of your intuition. Give yourself permission to be present with these sensations. To acknowledge them. To trust that they can hold valuable information. To be open to their guidance.
If any doubts arise, gently acknowledge them with without judgment.
Remind yourself it's normal to feel uncertain and that trusting your intuition is a practice that can strengthen over time.
Each moment you choose to listen to your inner voice, you build a deeper connection with yourself.
Take one final round of breath here,
filling your lungs with trust and openness.
And when you are ready, gently bring your awareness back to the present moment. Take any movements you may need, maybe wiggle your fingers and toes, and slowly in your own time, open your eyes.
Carry this sense of trust and connection with you throughout your day, remembering to listen to your inner voice, to trust the guidance it offers.
