You Have Always Been Enough (meditation with positive affirmation)
This week's short, guided meditation uses a powerful affirmation to help you invite in a sense of self-love and acceptance.
Self-acceptance is something I think we all struggle with at times. It is also one of the topics I get the most requests for. So this short practice will help you to quiet any negative or self-defeating thoughts you may be experiencing and remind you that You have always been enough.

Hannah Castillo: Welcome to the Love Your Calm podcast. Mini meditations to help you slow down and find your balance in this fast-paced world.
Hello and welcome.
This week's meditation is focused on self-acceptance. This is one of the topics listeners continue to ask for more of. So let's take the next few minutes to slow down, begin to release any insecurities we may be holding on to and invite in a sense of acceptance.
Let's get started.
Begin by taking a moment to settle into a position that feels good for you. Take any movements you may need, taking any cues from how your body may be feeling today. If it is comfortable for you, consider closing your eyes or maybe just soften your gaze.
Give yourself permission to begin to relax into this moment, your breath beginning to find its natural rhythm as you start to let go of any tension or heaviness you may be feeling.
As you continue to settle into your breath, let it flow naturally with each inhale. Invite in a sense of calm and acceptance. With each exhale, let go of any self-doubt that may be clouding your mind. It is comfortable for you.
Consider repeating this affirmation either silently or out loud.
I have always been enough.
I have always been enough.
Take a moment to really reflect on the power of these words, creating a safe space where you can honor your worth. A space where you can recognize you do not need to prove yourself to anyone. Simply being who you are is enough.
Feel the strength of this affirmation filling your heart with each inhale. Breathe in this acceptance and with the exhale, let go of any negative self talk or beliefs that no longer serve you.
If your mind begins to wander or if doubts arise, gently acknowledge them and return your focus to the affirmation.
I have always been enough.
Let these words anchor you in the present moment, reminding you that your worth has never diminished. You are deserving of love and kindness. You have always been enough.
Take one final round of breath here on your own and when you are ready, bring your awareness back to the space around you. Take any movements you may need and when it feels comfortable for you, slowly open your eyes. Carry this sense of acceptance with you throughout your day, using the affirmation to remind you that you always have been and you always will be enough.
