Hannah Castillo:  Welcome to the Love Your Calm podcast. Mini meditations to help you slow down and find your balance in this fast-paced world.

Hello and welcome.

This week's meditation encourages you to reflect on any limiting beliefs you may be holding and helps you to begin to change your relationship with these thoughts.

Let's get started.

Begin by finding a comfortable position. You can be seated or lying down, whatever feels good for you today. Take any movement you may need to help your body begin to settle. If it feels safe for you, consider closing your eyes or just soften your gaze.

Let's take one intentional breath here. Inhale deeply through your nose, filling your lungs completely. Hold for a moment and then exhale slowly through your mouth, beginning to release any worries or tension.

As your breath settles into its natural rhythm, bring your awareness to the present moment. With each inhale, invite in a sense of openness and possibility. With each exhale, feel your body begin to relax a little more.

As you settle into this practice, I invite you to take a moment here to reflect on any limiting beliefs you may be carrying. These could be thoughts like "I'm not good enough" or "I can't succeed," or maybe even "I don't deserve happiness." Acknowledge these beliefs without any judgment, giving yourself permission to recognize that these are just thoughts, not truths.

As you inhale deeply, visualize drawing in powerful positive energy. Imagine this energy expanding within you, illuminating the shadows of those limiting beliefs.

And as you exhale, picture gently releasing these beliefs, letting them drift away, picturing them floating away from you, carried away like clouds moving across the summer sky.

Let's do that again. Inhale, inviting in strength and positivity. And on the exhale, release any remaining limiting beliefs, recognizing that these thoughts no longer serve you. As you release these beliefs, consider repeating to yourself,

I am capable.

I am worthy.

Let these affirmations really resonate within you, reinforcing you, empowering you.

I am capable.

I am worthy.

Take one final round of breath here on your own, maybe taking the opportunity to repeat this affirmation one final time.

And when you are ready, begin to shift your awareness back to the space around you. Take all the time you need and when it feels good for you, slowly open your eyes. Carry this sense of empowerment with you as you move through your day.

Thank you for joining me for this week's practice. It means so much to me that you've chosen to spend a few minutes of your day here. I often say I love the idea of people all around the world coming together to meditate, creating these little pockets of calm. So thank you for being here.
