Hannah Castillo: Welcome to the Love Your Calm Podcast: Mini Meditations to help you slow down and find your balance in this fast paced world hello and welcome.

This week's meditation is short, simple and intended to help you return to the breath. To take a few minutes to just be.

Let's get started.

Begin by finding a comfortable position, any position that feels good for you today. Take any cues from your body to help you settle in in a way that supports whatever you may need. If it feels comfortable for you, consider gently closing your eyes or maybe just soften your gaze.

I invite you to begin to shift your focus to your breath. There's no need to change anything, no need to adjust. Simply take note of the breath as it starts to find its natural rhythm. A gentle wave of inhales and exhales as the breath begins to steady, anchoring you, holding you in this moment.

Give yourself permission to return to this breath, to feel this steady rhythm and find stability in it to settle into this ebb and flow. Using this breath to invite in a sense of peace, to connect with yourself.

A gentle reminder that even if everything else seems to be swirling around you, even when the outside world feels chaotic and overwhelming, you can return to this breath. Your anchor.

Take a couple of rounds of breath here on your own, resting in this peaceful place.

And when you are ready, begin to shift your awareness back to the space around you. Take any movements you may need, maybe stretch a little, wiggle your fingers and toes and slowly in your own time, open your eyes.

Thank you for joining me today for this short meditation. My name is Hannah and I'm so grateful that you are here. I hope you found today's practice beneficial and if you did, consider sharing it with a friend who might also find it helpful.
