Hannah Castillo: Welcome to the Love Your Calm podcast. Mini meditations to help you slow down and find your balance in this fast-paced world.

Hello and welcome.

As we move into the final months of the year, it's only natural to start reflecting. To remember the goals you set when the year began, to start thinking about what you would like to bring with you into next year. But this time of year is also a reminder that it's okay to slow down and to accept that not everything is within your control.

This week's meditation reminds you to trust your unique journey, to remember that you are right on time and exactly where you need to be.

Let's get started.

Take a moment to find a comfortable position, whatever that feels like for you. Today. You can be seated or even lying down, whichever feels better for your body. If it feels safe for you, consider closing your eyes or maybe just lower your gaze.

As you start to settle into your breath, bring your awareness to this present moment. Feel the surface beneath you, supporting you fully. With each inhale, invite a sense of openness and acceptance into your heart. And with each exhale, let go of any worries or doubts that may be lingering in your mind.

I invite you to take a moment here to reflect on the journey of your life. Acknowledge that the paths you've taken, your experiences-these have shaped you, have led you to this moment. Trust that everything you've encountered has brought you closer to what is truly meant for you.

Breathe into this awareness, inviting in the sense of peace that comes from this recognition. Focus on the idea that the universe is working to align opportunities and experiences that are right for you. You don't need to force outcomes or rush the process. Instead, you can take this opportunity to embrace patience and trust and the timing of your life.

As you continue to breathe, envision the possibilities that lie ahead. Imagine them gently making their way toward you, supported by the rhythm of the universe. Take comfort in this knowing, trusting that what is meant for you will find its way into your life when the time is right,

Take a couple of rounds of breath here on your own, using this opportunity to release any remaining tension or patience as you remind yourself that what is meant for you will find you.

And when you are ready, begin to shift your focus back to the space around you. Take any movements you may need, and when it feels comfortable for you in your own time, slowly open your eyes. Carry this sense of trust and openness with you as you return to your day, remembering that what is meant for you will find you.
