Hello and welcome.
This week's meditation is all about self discovery and invite you to connect with the light within you.
Let's get started.
Take a moment to find a comfortable position, whatever that feels like for you today. You can be seated, feet flat on the floor, spine lengthened, sitting cross legged, or even lying down. Whatever feels best for you. Once you're settled, consider closing your eyes if that feels safe for you, or maybe just soften your gaze.
Let's take one intentional breath here together. Inhale fully through your nose, feeling your stomach rise. Hold it for a moment and then exhale completely through your mouth, letting go of any doubts or fears you may be holding.
As your breath continues naturally, I invite you to turn your attention within. To begin to picture your inner life, this radiant energy that exists within you. It's a source of wisdom, strength and clarity. As you breathe, let this light begin to grow brighter with each inhale. See it expand with each exhale. Give yourself permission to reflect on what this light means to you, To consider what qualities you want to nurture with it. Allow this light to illuminate those aspects of yourself, guiding you toward deeper understanding and acceptance.
Take a couple of rounds of breath here as you connect with this light within you. Feel it radiate, filling you with warmth and confidence. Hold the knowledge that this light is always shining, is always there to guide you.
And when you are ready, begin to bring your awareness back to the space around you. Take any movement you may need, giving yourself all the time you need. And when it feels comfortable for you, slowly open your eyes, ready to return to your day.
