Welcome to the Love Your Calm podcast. Mini Meditations to help you slow down and find your balance in this fast-paced world.
Hello and welcome.
This week's meditation continues to focus on the theme of self discovery. It invites you to take a few minutes to reflect on your dreams and encourages you to visualize the aspirations that may be guiding your heart.
Let's get started.
Take a moment to find a comfortable position. Whatever feels good for you today, give your body permission to relax into the support beneath you, taking time to settle in. If it feels safe for you, consider closing your eyes or maybe just soften your gaze.
As your breath begins to naturally find its own rhythm. I invite you to start to shift your focus to your dreams, to take a few moments here to reflect on any aspirations that call to you, those hopes that stir your spirit, that fill you with warmth. Maybe even those visions that you've been hesitant to acknowledge, but you just keep feeling pulled toward.
As you continue to breathe here, imagine how your life would look if these dreams were permitted to take form. Give yourself permission to really reflect on this possibility, On how it would feel to nurture these dreams, to begin to see and maybe even move toward the future you'd like to create. Visualize the small steps you can take toward these dreams. See yourself moving forward, each step filled with confidence and purpose,
Giving yourself the space here to allow these dreams to continue to unfold, to reflect on how moving toward this possibility will feel.
Take one final round of breath here, inviting in your dreams, Letting go of anything that may be holding you back.
And when you are ready, begin to bring your awareness back to the space around you. Take any movements you may need, taking all the time you need and when it feels comfortable for you, slowly open your eyes, ready to return to your day.
