This week's meditation is the 100th episode of the Love Your Calm podcast. This feels like such an incredible milestone to me. Thank you for being a part of it.
Whether you've listened to one episode or listened every single week, thank you. Thank you for being here, for choosing to spend a few minutes of your day with me. Thank you for trusting me to guide you.
When I started this podcast, it was my goal to create a free resource to provide some comfort in a world that is hurting. Offering support feels more important than ever, so this resource will continue to be available.
For nearly two years I've released weekly mini meditations, which means there are now a hundred meditations waiting to be explored.
It is my hope that you'll continue to use these episodes to build your own meditation practice to include meditation in your daily routine in a way that works for you.
I will continue to release new meditations but will now be releasing them less frequently, so please hit subscribe or follow that click. Will make sure you get notified when a new meditation comes out.
Please continue to reach out and share your stories. Feel free to share your episode request. I read and respond to every single message. Share the episodes with your friends. Share them on your social media.
Together we can continue to spread little ripples of calm in this chaotic world.
Until next time.
